BUT it would also ban intoxicating hemp products derived from naturally from hemp. There's not a lot of that, but enough that it has sparked a massive increase in the # of beverages with low-dose hemp-derived THC.
All of those products, jobs, and taxes are jeopardized by this amendment. It must be defeated.
